The villa includes fully furnished bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a private pool, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and outdoor dining areas. Linens, towels, and basic toiletries are also provided.

The villa can comfortably accommodate up to 8-10 guests, with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.
Is the villa pet-friendly?
Yes, pets are welcome with prior approval. Please let us know if you plan to bring a pet when booking.

Booking and Payment
How can I book the villa?
You can book directly through our website, by email, or by calling us. A deposit of 25% is required to confirm your reservation.
What payment options do you accept?
We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and PayPal. Cash payments are also accepted upon arrival for certain bookings.
What is your cancellation policy?
Free cancellation up to 60 days before check-in.
If cancellation is made 60 days or more before check-in, a 30% cancellation fee of the total booking price plus booking fees will apply.
If cancellation is made 59–30 days before check-in, a 50% cancellation fee of the total booking price plus booking fees will apply.
If cancellation is made 29–15 days before check-in, a 75% cancellation fee of the total booking price will apply.
If cancellation is made 14 days or fewer before check-in, 100% of the total booking price will be charged.
Any changes to the original booking will incur a penalty of €50 as dossier expenses.
